Real Estate Market Update 📈

US Market:
According to NAR, existing-home sales fell 4.9% month-over-month to a seasonally adjusted rate of 4.08 million in January 2025. However, year-over-year shows sales have improved 2.0%.

Canadian Market:
In Canada, CREA has stated that although sales were down 3.3% on a month-over-month basis in January, this was mostly the result of sales trailing off in the last week of the month.
