This award-winning Pennsylvania home builder came up with a creative way of showing off the potential of their Daisy floor plan. They used the carousel feature to show furnished looks next to each empty room, giving followers beautiful design and decor inspiration for what they could transform each space into if they chose this model for their new home.

Real Estate Market Update 📈

US Market:
According to the latest data from the National Association of Realtors®, the average existing home price for September was $404,500, which is up 3% year-over-year. It is important to note, however, that average home prices have decreased for the third consecutive month.

The Federal Reserve made their first rate cut in four years last month and there could be another by the end of the year. Lower interest rates are likely to push demand and home prices back up.

Canadian Market:
In September 2024, Canadian home sales increased by 1.9% month-over-month, marking the third consecutive rise following interest rate cuts by the Bank of Canada. This pushed sales to their highest level since July 2023. The gains were driven by markets in the Greater Toronto Area, Montreal, Vancouver, and other key regions. Additionally, the number of newly listed properties surged by 4.9%. 

The actual (not seasonally adjusted) national average sale price was $669,630, which is up 2.1% compared to the previous year. Expectations of further rate cuts could affect buyer activity later this year.
